We really don't know what to say about this one. There isn't any information on the artist or the song, though one person online speculates that Carolyn Penley is the daughter of Asheville bluegrass and country musician Rex Penley. The song appears to be sung in a foreign language, though we really don't know. How it ended up in our collection of global tunes is a mystery to us.
